Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a refund. Refunds are not possible if it has been more than 14 days since you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Photos of the item received may be required to process your return request.
We reserve the right to deny any return request if we suspect fraud.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the shipping label and return shipping fees to our address in China.
Returned items will not be accepted without our prior approval.
We may choose to reject your refund request if the returned product is not in its original condition.

Orders Not Received
There may be times when orders are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs inspection).
We can only issue a refund upon request if more than 60 days have passed. Once your order has been shipped, please understand that we cannot process any refunds unless 60 days have passed.
Cancellation or Modification of Orders
For orders placed by mistake, you have up to 5 minutes from the time of purchase to email us and request cancellation. After 5 minutes, we will no longer be able to cancel your order.
All orders are automatically processed in our system after 5 minutes.
If you placed the wrong order and want to change the size or color, we will contact the shipping company, but we cannot guarantee any changes, especially if the order has already been shipped.
Disputes
If a customer opens a dispute against us for any reason (through their credit card provider, VISA or Mastercard), they automatically lose all rights to our customer service.
Our after-sales support will be terminated immediately. Any further requests for refunds, returns, or replacements will be considered invalid and the matter will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace the item at no additional cost if:
The issue is confirmed and reported immediately with appropriate documentation (e.g., photos).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Personal hygiene products (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Additionally, you may not order multiple sizes with the intention of keeping just one, as we provide a size chart to help you determine the correct size in advance.

Return Process:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the carrier chosen.
If, for our reasons, the products received are damaged or do not match the order, the consumer will not be required to pay the shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
